We don't oppose gun control. We ask: Is this spending effective?

Methodology
Personal contribution is calculated using federal tax proportions and program budgets from official sources.
Personal Contribution = (Federal Tax / Total Federal Revenue) × Program Budget
Total Federal Revenue ≈ $400B (2025/26)
Program Budget = $248.6M (personal phase)
